Globalization of customers means that Shinwa’s target market is expanding. We fulfill the role of connecting our customers’ overseas bases and domestic manufacturers, and connecting Japanese customers and overseas manufacturers. We also fully utilize the sales channels of our overseas subsidiaries to handle large-scale overseas projects in a full turnkey format (equipment procurement, shipping, logistics, local construction, and after-sales support).
In conjunction with the globalization of our customers, there are increasing needs for local procurement of production equipment overseas. Shinwa established the Overseas Technical Support Office within the Overseas Business Division as a dedicated office for providing flexible technical support for this increasing need for local procurement. In addition to providing production equipment that satisfies the quality, cost, and delivery time required by our customers, we also provide an environment where customers can feel peace of mind when entrusting us with overseas procurement.
