Data and information are exchanged between systems at automated production plants.
Production instruction information from ERP/MES (Upper core system) is transmitted to the field network and sent to terminal devices such as control panels, robots, computers, sensors, and cameras through monitoring systems and control devices such as SCADA and PLC, and production is actually performed. Since this system contains hardware and software from various manufacturers, it is necessary to construct a system to smoothly transmit information between devices.
The Smart Factory Innovation Center supports improvements in productivity and quality at our customers’ factory lines by constructing a production information system, promoting and introducing DX, and manufacturing industrial equipment in this field network.
