Prohibition of harassment

The Shinwa Group has established a basic policy on respect for human rights, and has declared that all officers and employees will respect human rights. We have also announced a Harassment Prohibition Declaration and aim to completely eliminate harassment in all workplaces.

Diversity Promotion

The Shinwa Group respects diverse careers, experiences, and work styles, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, religion/beliefs, values, or lifestyle. We will strive to create an environment where each member of our diverse human resources can work with a sense of aspiration and pride by making the most of their potential and characteristics.
We believe that ensuring diversity is the foundation for promoting innovation and will lead to the sustainable growth of society and the Shinwa Group. Based on this belief, we have positioned diversity as an important management theme and are implementing measures to promote diversity.

Active participation by women

The Shinwa Group in Japan (hereinafter, “Shinwa”) is enhancing our hiring of women and continuously promoting the active participation of women through support for balancing work and childcare, and support career development. We will also develop a path for promoting women as core human resources, create an environment where all employees can work comfortably regardless of gender, and enable employees to fully demonstrate their abilities.

Global Employment

In conjunction with the growing globalization of business, Shinwa has been promoting the employment of non-Japanese people, including employees working at overseas subsidiaries and branches. Currently, there are many non-Japanese employees working at multiple departments and sites within our company. We will actively utilize human resources who can perform on a global scale regardless of nationality or race.

People with disabilities

Shinwa aims to realize a society in which everyone, regardless of disabilities, can find employment according to their abilities and aptitudes, and live independently in society.
In cooperation with vocation centers for people with disabilities, Shinwa is comprehensively promoting employment measures for people with disabilities.

Support for people with disabilities

Through activities to support the use of artwork created by people with disabilities, we are collaborating with Paralym Art, an organization which promotes the independence of people with disabilities. We utilize artwork created by people with disabilities on promotion materials such as file folders.
